This traditional German brew originates from the city of Goslar which is known for the natural saltiness of its water. In our interpretation of this German classic, we used gulf salt from our friends over at Gulf Coast Salt Works. The resurrection of this antiquated style offers a new array of unique flavors. Tart and salty. Fruity and spicy. A low pH during fermentation allows the yeast to create unusual esters reminiscent of apricots and peaches while a spicy undertone comes through from the addition of coriander to the whirlpool. We hope you enjoy this liquid trip back in time. Prost!

500 years of hard work went into making this beer that features the aroma of orange peel, coriander and herbs that the merry monks imported from sunny Curacao. And then there’s the soft taste, light and slightly sweet and sour and with subtle citrus notes… ah, just go ahead and taste it instead of reading about it!

The appearance of this exceptional beer is matched only by its taste! To make our Framboise, we add raspberry juice to our lambic. That gives it a delicate fruity aroma and a beautiful dark pink colour, just like the dress I wore to our cousin Willy's wedding. (But that's of no interest to you since you undoubtedly don't know Willy). Framboise is served as an aperitif, but I also use it in cooking. And when I don't finish the bottle in my preparations, I finish it in my glass.
As its name suggests, Pecheresse is a lambic beer enriched with peach juice. And this fruit lambic is a real peach! It is nice to drink at any time of day. Or on a sunny patio. Personally, I enjoy it with my girlfriends. And what we talk about is of no concern to you.
A young lambic that is at least one year old, in which 30% filtrate of fresh peaches will macerate.

After a trip to Europe, New Belgium’s co-founder returned to Colorado from Belgium with a handful of ingredients and an idea. Two years later, Fat Tire – named in honor of his inspired bike ride across the Belgian countryside – pedaled its way into the hearts of beer drinkers. Now considered an iconic centerpiece of the craft beer movement, Fat Tire represents the American spirit of craft brewing ingenuity and an irresistible imagination that reminds us all to rediscover our playful side.
Fat Tire’s unique flavor profile originates from the late 1930s, when local Belgian breweries aimed to satisfy the tastes of visiting British soldiers. Classified as an Ameri-Belgo style ale by the revered Great American Beer Festival and World Beer Cup competitions, Fat Tire blends a fine malt presence, fresh herbal hop balance and a touch of fruity yeast to offer drinkers everywhere a timeless craft beer experience with a rare blend of balance and complexity.

We’ve brewed Pilsner Urquell in the same brewery using the same recipe for over 175 years. Today, we still insist on using traditional methods, like triple decoction and parallel brewing in wooden lagering barrels. It takes longer but means we never compromise on our taste.

In every sip of Pilsner Urquell you’ll notice a refreshing crispness from natural carbonation, then subtle caramel tones and a clean finish with a pleasing hoppy bitterness.

This is a very “clean” beer, with mostly German malts and a hint of flaked maize, remaining as true as possible to the original Gerst recipe.
